Grey skin was taken with Iplehouse HID body,
White skin was taken with ID75 body.
This is blank HEAD PART ONLY.
We tested head with ID75/Iplehouse HID body.
Most skin tone matched with Soom Idealian. But it can be slightly different.
We can't answer questions about matches other companies skin tone or bodies because we don’t have.
It's pre-order doll.
It will takes 2~3 months to be sent.

About doll,
You can’t cancel or change order after confirm payment.

About skin tone,
We make skin tone basically matches with Soom Idealian.
But it can be slightly different.
Grey/Tawny is special skin.
There are some unavoidable flaws when manufacturing.
The standard criteria and manufacturing process are different from normal or white skins and we ask for your understanding.

Minor scratches, scratches and markings occurred during shipping are not considered as damage or faulty.
The color differences between the head and head cap is not considered as damage or faulty.
**Due to the characteristics of these skin, you can not correct the scratches with sand paper.
About faceup,
We don't provide any faceup for Chi.
About shipping,
we use EMS, basically.
Shipping cost are verified by the weight, size and distance (basic costs are $25).
