The head is compatible with 75cm bodies, and not with 65~70cm bodies.
Head compatibility has been tested using an ID75/Iplehouse HID body.
Skin tones are closely matched with SOOM Idealians, however there may be slight differences.
We unfortunately cannot answer questions relating to skin tone matches with other companies because we do not own any dolls from other companies.
This is a pre-order item, therefore shipping will commence after 2~3 months of ordering. Please be mindful of this when purchasing.
About doll,
Cancellations or changes cannot be made to an order after payment confirmation.
Please ensure all your details are correct when filling in the form.
Gate removal traces are not considered as damage.
About payment,
PayPal is the only accepted payment method.
Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order.
About skin tone,
Skin tones are made to be matched accordingly with Soom Idealians, however there may be slight differences.
Grey/Tawny is considered a special skin tone, therefore there may be some unavoidable flaws during the manufacturing process. This is because the process of manufacturing special skin colours differs from the standard process used for colours such as beige or white. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.
*The following flaws may be exhibited in products manufactured with special skin colours and are NOT considered as damage or faulty:
- Minor scratches and markings that occur naturally during the process of shipping
- Colour differences between the head and the head cap
**Due to the characteristics of these special skin colours, scratches are unable to be corrected using sandpaper.
About faceup,
If you choose to order the default face-up option, an additional fee will be incurred.
If you choose to order a face-up, manufacturing time will be extended by 60~90 days.
Default face-ups are limited to a quantity of 5.
About shipping,
We ship via EMS or EMS premium.
Shipping costs are determined by the destination, weight and size of your package
If you would like your package to be shipped via another carrier, please contact us via e-mail.
Under the request of most customers, we under-declare the value of our products when shipping and mark it as a gift.
In this case, we do not hold any responsibility should you require a claim on our part regarding an under-declared price.
We are not responsible for any customs fees involved when sending orders internationally.
